Our application connects individuals and companies with a variety of the listed registered specialized legal services providers in our application for different legal needs, documentation, and consultations across the UAE whether Dubai, Abu Dhabi or any other emirates. The application also features a library to educate users on various legal needs and provides access to legal qualifications through connections with our trusted and certified listed registered institutions. 

2. How can the client find the right (legal services provider) lawyer or Consultant?

Our integrated legal assistant, who is a professional in the field, will provide you with step-by-step guidance and support throughout the process of using the application, helping you navigate any difficult questions or issues that may arise while using our application. With this feature, you can feel confident that you have expert assistance at your fingertips by reaching the variety of professional listed registered lawyers and legal consultants for your legal need.

3. How can I be sure that the (legal services provider) lawyer or Consultant registered in the Application are qualified and reliable?

We thoroughly evaluate all the listed lawyers and legal professionals on our application ensuring only those with the highest reputation are available through our application. They are required to provide proof of their qualifications, certifications, and experience. This ensures that you receive the highest quality legal services from trusted and reputable professionals.

4. What kind of legal services does the Application provide?

Our application connects you with our listed registered legal services providers specializing in a wide range of legal needs, including criminal law, bankruptcy, debt collection, real estate, corporate law, contract law, employment and labor law, family law, and many more.

5. Is my personal information secure on the Application?

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Our application employs state-of-the-art encryption and security measures to protect your personal information and ensure its confidentiality through signing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with all the service providers and with all our application staff.

6. Are there any limitations on the number of (legal services provider) lawyer a user can consult with for a specific legal issue?

There are no limitations on the number of lawyers a user can consult with for his legal issue.

7. How do I get in touch with customer support if I have any questions or concerns?

If you have any questions or need assistance, you can reach our customer support team through the in-Application chat function or by emailing us at [email protected]. Our team is available to help you with any inquiries or issues you may encounter.

8. Can I schedule appointments and consultations directly through the Application?

Yes, our application allows you to schedule appointments and consultations with the listed registered lawyers and legal professionals directly. Once you find the right lawyer for your needs, you can conveniently book a time and date for a consultation through the Application 's built-in scheduling system.

9. How to use this Application?

To use the Application effectively, follow these steps:

1. Download and install the Application on your iOS or Android device from this link for Apple App Store click here or this link for Google Play Store click here.

2. Create a user account by providing your email address and creating a secure password.

2.1. Once logged in, use the Application 's built-in professional legal assistant that will provide you with step-by-step guidance and support throughout the process of using the App.

2.2. Browse the Application 's library of listed legal resources for information related to your legal situation.

3. Schedule appointments and consultations with your chosen lawyer directly through the Application 's scheduling system.

10. Are there any fees required to subscribe (individuals)? Can the application be accessed without subscription? 

Yes, it is required by the customer to pay fees for the subscription in the application, the payment plan will be as follows:

Subscription amount for individuals:

1. Monthly Plan = monthly payment for AED 30.00 (for 1 month).

2. 6 Months plan = Half-yearly payment for AED 144.00 (for 6 months).

3. Yearly plan = Annual payment for AED 252.00 (for 1 year).

To get the following benefits:

1. Getting unlimited choice to access the details of service providers and contact them.

2. The ability to access and download library contents with a 50% discount on download fees for any of the library contents.

3. The ability to hide advertisements. 

4. Unlimited number of file openings with a service provider with a 50% discount on the fees with the ability of a refund, if you didn’t reach an agreement with the service provider, after the following steps: - 

4.1. Absence of any conflict of interest.

4.2. The service provider’s response, whether acceptance or rejection, will be obtained within 24 hours.

4.3. If the client didn’t reach an agreement with the service provider; the charge is refundable. 

4.4. All documents are protected and will be deleted upon closing the account automatically.

In case of non-subscription:

1. The ability to choose one service provider from the list and contact him/her.

2. The ability to open a single file with a service provider (chargeable).

3. If the client didn’t reach an agreement with the service provider; the charge is refundable.

4. Getting a non-printable image for any content from the library. (chargeable) 

5. The cost of purchasing any of the library content at the regular price without discount.
